OUCH

I guess karma bit me in the butt for enjoying my neighbor's frustration - I seem to have tweaked a spot in my back. I then ignored the tweaked spot and went for a harder run. I am now facing an all out back issue. I can't seem to turn my head or raise my arms. I would love this to be a good excuse to lay in bed all day but alas, laying down is the MOST uncomfortable position to be in! GRRR!
