Push ups

In an effort to get not only buff but also stronger & faster & fitter I am working on my strength. Monday begins a "Push up Challenge" that Paul and I are doing. We did our initial testing yesterday & I eeked out 17 (on my toes, not bad huh!) and he did an impressive 23 (or 25, I can't remember, I was too impressed and awe struck by his strength!) That puts both of us in group three, which means a WHOLE lot of push ups to do on Monday. I think I'll be feeling those for a while!
